Militia of Washington Washington County, Arkansas (MOWCA) was on the front page on Sunday paper of one largest newspaper in Northwest Arkansas on 19 March 2006. We have send link of this story to so-called major Second Amendment Rights organizations.I am still waiting for their reply. The only Second Amendment right organization ever back us up is Armed Females of America. We did what the so-called major Second Amendment Rights organizations will not do. MOWCA got the full Second Amendment Rights back for the people of the State of Arkansas. The man holding a rebuilt fully automatic belt-fed .308 Browning 1919 A4 on the left side of the picture below is Lt. Commander Wayne Fincher.
